Bianca Smith, Spa Manager, brings 7 years expertise and a depth of knowledge to her role, and is a Partner & Senior Therapist at the Celtic Haven Spa. Having gained an early work experience opportunity at Ragdale Hall, she is a Holistic & Beauty Therapist and a Reiki Master. Bianca has been at the Spa since May 2003 and is a mentor to the rest of the team, as well as having a loyal client following who all rave about her treatments. One journalist said he’s had hundreds of massages over the years, but none as good as the one he received from Bianca!
Jill Davies is a Beauty Therapist who has worked at the Spa since June 2008. She holds a NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy, and VTCT Swedish and Aromatherapy Massage diplomas. Jill has a wealth of experience in skin-care and massage and her regular clients enjoy her gentle approach and warm personality. One of them also says Jill gives the best spray tan she’s ever had!
Ellen Wright holds a VTCT Level 3 Holistic qualification and is a Holistic Therapist with a depth of knowledge and experience. Ellen has been with the Spa since April 2008. Ellen loves being part of an Elemis Premier Spa, especially one that includes such a great range of holistic, as well as beauty therapies. This gives her the opportunity to introduce her clients to alternative therapies they may be unfamiliar with and see them delight in the experience.
Hayley Brolan brings her NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapist qualification to her role as Beauty Therapist. She may be one of the newest members of The Spa team, but already, Hayley is gaining a reputation among our clients as having “healing hands”. After a recent treatment, a new client commented “That girl has a gift and you can now consider me one of Hayley’s regular clients.”
